The historic centre is closed to most through traffic by bus gates and rising bollards, which pushes cars onto the A1134 ring road, the A1303 and the radial roads in from the park and ride sites. • Van and light commercial. Light commercial fitments with the correct C rating and load index, because a car tyre on a working van is an insurance question as well as a safety one.
