These terms set out the basis on which we provide our mobile tyre services and on which you may use this website. Please read them carefully.

This website and our services are provided by FAST TYRES LTD (company number 13350066), a company registered in England & Wales, with its registered office at 255 Sydney Road, London N10 2NT, trading as Fast Tyre.
By using our website, requesting a quote or booking a service, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use our website or services.
We provide mobile tyre fitting, puncture repair, wheel balancing, valve and TPMS replacement, seasonal tyre swaps and 24-hour emergency tyre callout, carried out at your home, workplace or the roadside. All services are subject to availability, safe and lawful working conditions, and our technician’s assessment on arrival.
Any price we give before arrival is an estimate based on the information you provide. The final price depends on the tyre chosen, its size and availability, the work required and your location, and will be confirmed with you before work begins. You are under no obligation to proceed until you accept the confirmed price.
Our typical arrival time of 30–60 minutes is an estimate, not a guarantee, and can be affected by traffic, weather, location and demand. We will give you a realistic ETA when our unit sets off and keep you updated.
Payment is due on completion of the work. We accept card, contactless and cash on site. Ownership of any tyres or parts supplied remains with us until payment has been made in full.
If you need to cancel, please tell us as soon as possible. Where a technician has already been dispatched or has arrived, a reasonable charge may apply to cover the wasted callout.
We carry out all work with reasonable care and skill, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. New tyres we supply are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, typically two years against manufacturing defects. We do not provide a separate workmanship guarantee beyond your statutory rights. Puncture repairs are carried out to British Standard BS AU 159 where the damage is safely and legally repairable; where it is not, we will advise a replacement. We are not responsible for pre-existing faults or damage not caused by our work.
You agree to provide accurate vehicle and contact details, to ensure there is a safe and lawful place for us to work, and to be present (or arrange access) when our technician arrives.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our liability in connection with our services is limited to the extent permitted by law.
