Emergency Mobile Tyre Fitting in Highbury
Need a tyre fitted urgently in Highbury? We send a fitting van to the car with the replacement aboard, and the job is finished where the car has stopped.
Emergency mobile tyre fitting across Highbury
Highbury Corner is a junction that does not forgive a stopped car, and the streets running off it are not much kinder. Blackstock Road is narrow and busy for most of the day, the terraces around Aberdeen Park and Highbury New Park are permit parked end to end, and there is nowhere sensible to leave a car on a jack while somebody works out what happens next. A wheel off here needs to be a wheel back on, not the start of a two day arrangement.
So the whole workshop travels with us. The tyre machine is bolted into the van, the balancer sits alongside it, the air line and the work lamps run off our own supply, and the common car, SUV and 4x4 sizes are aboard. We break the bead, fit the new tyre, balance the wheel, set the pressures and take the old casing away. Nothing is towed and the car never leaves its space.
The rim is the expensive part, and driving on a burst tyre is how it gets destroyed. A few hundred yards on the flat is enough to grind the flange and bend the lip, and at that point one tyre has become a tyre and a wheel. So the answer to "can I just get it home" is no, and it is worth about the price of the wheel to hear that. Leave it where it is. We come out to the exact spot, Highbury New Park or anywhere else in Highbury, with the right size on the van and fit it there. A live ETA lands with you as soon as the van pulls away.

Local knowledge across Highbury
Resident bays around Highbury New Park and Aberdeen Park fill early and stay full, so surrendering one to chase a garage is a genuine loss before you even count the time. Holloway Road A1 is no place to nurse a soft tyre either. Fitting where the car already stands means the space is kept, the wheel comes off and goes back on in the same hour, and there is nothing to collect from anyone afterwards.
Typical emergency mobile tyre fitting jobs in Highbury
Finished at the kerb, Highbury Barn
A car left with a destroyed nearside front near Highbury Barn had the wheel off, a matching tyre fitted and balanced, and the pressures set before the driver had finished their phone call. No garage booking and no second visit.
Balancer out on Blackstock Road
A replacement fitted beside Blackstock Road still needs balancing or the steering will shake at thirty. That machine rides in the van, so the wheel was spun and weighted on the spot rather than left for someone else to sort out.
After dark near Drayton Park
Working beside Drayton Park at eleven at night is only sensible with proper lighting. Our lamps come off the van, so the job was lit properly and the car was back on four good tyres the same evening.
What our customers say about our emergency mobile tyre fitting

Called at 08:30 with a flat due to a screw in the shoulder. No spare on the car. New tyre sourced and replaced on my driveway by 11:15. What more could I ask for.

The guy I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and understanding, especially as having two tyres needing to be replaced was quite stressful. He arrived quickly, talked me through everything, and gave me honest advice. He also went above and beyond by checking other things on the car and explaining the condition of all my tyres.
Google review
I have an electric car, and it was very difficult to find the right tire in an emergency. Ali came incredibly quickly, almost at midnight, and got the job done very fast. He was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful, and really went above and beyond to help me when I needed it most.

Emergency Mobile Tyre Fitting in Highbury, FAQs
No. If it is stopped somewhere safe and off the running lane, that is where we work. Moving a car on a ruined tyre only damages the wheel, so leave it and tell us exactly where it sits.
A tyre machine, a wheel balancer, a compressor and air line, torque wrenches, work lighting and a stock of the sizes that come up most often on cars, SUVs and 4x4s. It is a workshop with wheels rather than a van with a spare in it.
There on the spot. An unbalanced wheel shows up as a vibration through the steering as soon as you get up to speed, so balancing is part of the fit, not an extra trip.
Not for you. We pull up beside the car, work in the road space next to it and keep out of the way of passing traffic. You keep the permit bay you already paid for.
Yes, but tell us there is a game on when you ring. The roads around the stadium close and fill before and after kick-off, so the fitter plans a way in, and the nearest street name helps far more than the name of the ground.
