If it still feels normal and the exit is in sight, bring the speed down and take it. If you are unsure, treat it as the worse case.

North of the London boundary the turnings thin out considerably, and there is a long run before junction 8 and the A120 at Bishop's Stortford. That gap is worth knowing about before you gamble on it.
No. Pressure climbs as a tyre warms, so a marginal reading at the start of a journey can rise back over the threshold once the car has been running for half an hour. The leak has not gone anywhere. Check it cold on the drive, and if it has dropped again by morning there is something in it.
