The one rule worth repeating
Do not jack the car on a ramp. Ramps are the steepest surface in the building and the only one specifically designed for the car to be moving on. If the flat happens on a ramp, drive slowly off it onto a level deck before you do anything else. A short, slow move on a deflated tyre will usually finish the tyre off, but a tyre is replaceable and a car coming off a jack on a slope is not a recoverable situation.
